how to get splat blue dye out enough to dye brown?

I dyed my hair blue using splat blue envy box dye yesterday and don't like how it turned out. I want to get enough of the blue out that I can put some warmer tones over it and transition it to dark brown, any tips? My hair is very short and I don't need it to go completely back to how it was before the dye since I plan to dye it darker, but I'm just looking for any recommendations of how to lessen the blue enough to color correct given that splat is notoriously hard to remove. Thanks!
