Weird rip-cord/beyblade type sound when starting car in heat

2013 toyota camry. Automatic 130k miles. It seems to only happen when its really hot out but its only been happening for a week. My best guess from online would be a belt but i have no better way to describe the noise. Ive looked up bad starter noises and it didnt seem even close but who knows. Would love some easy things to try!
