My dad hates me

He has said that im a psychopath, that i smell bad, that im dirty and i cant take it anymore, he just left my house and im getting bad very bad, i know i don smell bad, he just wants to humiliate me and i cant take it, i cant take that he comes every week bc i live with my grandparents and they need help and its inevitable and i cant take it i cant take it i cant he told me everything around me smells bad and he says it bc he wants to shame me to tidy up my room and i want to but im so fucking tired he doesn't understand how dificult is this for me im so fucking tired i cant do this anymore he is killing me if i die its bc of him why does he do this to me its fucking torture every day I see him its torture i cant i cant i cant
