Help my sister find the perfect ring for her fiance

Her fiance has dreamed of the perfect ring for years. They are the kindest couple I have ever had the privilege of knowing! My soon to be sister-in-law is so flexible and "go with the flow" ... Always the first one to make a compromise with no complaints... So my sister really wants to make sure that she has her dream ring.

Unfortunately this has been almost impossible to find! This is everything she is is looking for a d the budget is around 3k.

Can ANYONE point me in the right direction? (Also I apologize if there are things that don't quite make sense? I don't have enough jewelry knowledgeto correct!)
