Metro by T-Mobile Issues

Had to switch providers the other day and decided to go with Metro. First tried to order a phone with a credit card linked to my banking app, and it didn't go thru. Didn't really think too much of it so ordered wife's phone with no problem.

Then tried to order a 2nd line for myself from her new account twice, and on the second try it popped up that they wouldn't allow 2nd transaction from new line. Ended up making myself a separate account and figured everything was good, but boy was i wrong.

Found out the next morning that every time the transaction was denied it put a pending transaction on my bank account. This all happened on the 15th and it's now the 25th and I still am waiting for the transactions to stop pending. Has anyone else had any problems like this, and how long did you actually have to wait?

Oh yeah and have been on the phone with both metro and my bank and neither has been able to help.
