Do I need stitches?

36 years old
Male
Height 5’10
Weight 190.
No meds/no smoke.
No previous issues.

Finally had a day off after a long few months, a funeral, etc. Long story short doing some spring cleaning today to move stuff in storage under bed to a new closet in basement. Bag was stuck and instead of moving things around I pulled with all my might. It came loose and unfortunately sent me tumbling around and walloped my face off the bedroom door frame resulting in this cut.

Bleeding stopped pretty quickly but unsure if I should go get checked for stitches. All the urgent cares are closed and hate to go to ER for it if I don’t have to. Any thoughts?
