WH3 wood elves 12 slot capitals?

Quick question, just noticed playing clan skryre that skavenblught is a massive 12 slot settlement for slave players. As I only knew of the special faction 10 slot settlements I checked the wiki. There it read that skavenblught, drakenhof and forest settlements all have 12 slots instead of 10 or 8. However as I've played wood elves very often I know this is untrue. Same goes for drakenhof. Am I missing something? Is the wiki outdated but I've never know wood elves having 12 slots.

Is skavenblight just unique and op in that regard?
