CDTL salaries?

Hi everyone! I'm interviewing for a CDTL position with Lilly next week, and wondering if anyone has insight on what this pays? The range seems very broad, ~469k-$148k. I realize this spans multiple levels, but curious about what others are actually being paid for this. TIA!
