Is Biotic Rounds worth it?

I’ve had the AX-52 for a while and I love it, and i was changing up my build one day and i remembered it had an augment. it seems good but the 200p price tag is pretty steep. Is it worth it if i’m gonna use it a lot or is it just a flex for min/maxing?
