COMBAT [KCD2]

Has anyone here actually ever done a combo? I’ve got 160hrs and I’ve done pretty much that entire time clinch spamming or doing the counter thing tomcat teaches. I feel like getting more than two hits off to even attempt a combo is impossible. Am I missing something glaringly obvious or am I just a chud
