Is there any issue telling the jury selection people that you are an alcoholic and cannot serve?

Would this get you in any trouble? Whether it be due to medical concerns of not having alcohol for that long i.e. seizures or not being comfortable making decisions impacting other peoples lives like that. Would they send you to rehab or be angry or could you just leave? And to be clear- I am not in this situation it’s just a question
