1-(18), parents havent done the 2024 taxes, my teeth are rotting out of my mouth

ontario canada, low income household. Mom doesnt have a job, has many narc traits, hoarder, refuses help, turned down a job "because they were sketchy" after quitting the only one she had. Dad is self employed, only has life insurence so we could just scrape by if he died. No I dont have any friends, or trusted adults to lean on, yes it is just me to take care of myself. mom and dad cant get divorced because they cant afford it, and they are financhially depedent on eachother. so my dad cant just move me and him into an apartment. We almost lost the house in march, thats when the tooth pain got really bad, dad said hed do the 2024 taxes, fast forward late june, still not done. since I live with my parents i cant apply for CDCP on my own. I do have a job, I make around 400 bi weekly. its my last year of highschool, and if i moved out between my mental health, job, and school, id 100% fall under on my own. id have to quit school. What do you do when your teeth need 9 grand at the cheapest worth of dental work, my teeth are rotting out of my mouth, and I cant do anything because the people who decided to have me cant even take care of the family? I have an appointment in august to find out how much going under and getting it all done at once will cost. I made an appointment at the hub to meet with a housing worker, he gave me alot of resources about moving out. But if i moved out of the house I would never be able to come back. My mom would turn into a child if a social worker even suggested being at home wasnt the best for me. Im lost, I need advice. if anyone knows of anything i can do. i live in the north. the bus ride is 2 hours home from work, so its hard for me to escape there. usually i can, my coworkers are really nice. healtheir than home. the coffee shops are only open till 6, i get off at 5 and its 30 mienuets on the bus. I live out of town on top of that. I feel so trapped here, all these useless adults that do nothing and lie. im trying to save up to leave around my birthday in march. like i said any advice on what i should do is welcome. if you know of any dental resources that would be great. the X rays showed the hole was so big in my back molar theyll have to pull it, all my other teeth have cavities, and im using prevident5000 and flossing everyday.
