Update sober now but took gap year to do drugs withdrawals

benzodiazepine withdrawals , this is so so bad i’m clean for a few days and it’s going so bad i only took it to help with the mdma comedown, how long does this last?
i’m 100% not taking any more i just need advice the anxiety and shaking is so bad i also feel almost manic if that makes sense?
