Is Hermes' kanban mode good in practice?
I'm building my own agentic kanban, so I'm curious how Hermes' actually holds up for people using it daily.
- The pitch is "drop a one-liner, walk away", meaning that it builds a subtask tree and runs unattended. But if it misreads you at the start, isn't the whole tree wrong? Do you only find out after the tokens are burned?
- Also curious whether anyone configures it to ask questions before it plans?
- and whether anyone runs the board tasks with Claude Code or Codex.
