What did you do with Raikou?

I same really trying to find a fitting place for Raikou and I’m really coming up blank. I’m trying to do a more evologically accurate vibe, so I have the pokemon in their appropriate biome or a fitting habitat. The closest fit I can think of for raikou is maybe in a jungle area? I have most of the electric types slated for a small metropolitan area in Skylands, but raikou just doesn’t fit that vibe, and I don’t think he fits the Bleak Beach either, as I have it as more of a Mediterranean vibe.
