Best shop for functional glass?

I knocked my wifes pipe off of the counter today, what is the biggest glass/smoke shop in pitt? I want to surprise her with something nice instead of the $20 piece she had. Nothing super crazy, just something a lot thicker/nicer than what she had. If anyone makes custom glass locally, id love to go through them, please let me know!

Bonus: cheapest reliable disposable vape shop? The guy near me in moon is charging me $32 for a damn geek bar, its insane.

(yes we have med cards)
