Does anyone know how to make custom clothes or special effects?

I’ve gotten completely hooked on Enjoy AI Town and have been amazed by some of the photorealistic anime characters people have made.
I’d love to make different outfits for my character depending on the story, like a Dragon Ball or Bleach-inspired outfit, and maybe even have power effects like lightning or an aura.
Does anyone have a good workflow or prompting method for making accurate custom outfits, accessories, or effects? Any tips would be appreciated!
