Is this normal with lacosamide (vimpat)?

Im almost a week into taking 50 mg of lacosamide along with my 100 mg briviact, thing is I feel very detached from reality and I feel like my limbs have no weight, like if they were numb but without that tv static feeling throughout my whole body, also I feel extremely stupid, like if I couldn’t formulate a complete thought

If this is what 50 mg feels like I can’t imagine what 100 mg of lacosamide is gonna be like
