The codex may spoil later enemies or antagonist

For starters, it's really just a problem for completely new players. >!I just assassinated Julien du Casse!< So I'm pretty early in sequence 3.

I checked the codex for enemies and >!Benjamin Hornigold who is an ally right now, and doesn't turn until way later, is already in my enemy database in and labeled a traitor!< Not sure if this even matters to most but thought I would shed a light on it.
