You shouldn't be able to rate someone unless the item is marked as sold to them

Getting so tired of walking on eggshells with idiots to avoid a 1 star. I also keep all my chats open that i haven't received a rating / had no transactions from so i can retaliate with a 1 star if they rate me later.

Does blocking someone stops them from rating you? What about leaving the group or both?
