Disability and vulnerability: How do you feel about naked/artistic photography of disabled bodies?

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about body image, disability, and intimacy. Society often sexless people with spinal cord injuries or other physical disabilities, or puts us in a very clinical box.

I'm curious to hear your thoughts on raw, vulnerable, or even naked artistic photography featuring disabled bodies.

• Do you or would you ever take part in a naked or artistic photo shoot?
• How do you deal with body image, scars, or changes in your physique after an injury when it comes to intimacy and exposure?
• Do you feel like society (or even the disabled community itself) is ready to embrace disabled bodies in a purely sensual, artistic, or erotic way without making it just "inspiration porn" or purely clinical?
