Stepped back in and ruined my character listening to a friend.

Stepped away from the game, came back today with a level 88 character. Trying to relearn him and had a friend help me reset stats. He swore no one plays with any points in health and endurance. He claims to play that way. Used my last larval tear and trusting him I respected the character. All armor is now heavy so went with a samurai armor since it’s all I could have. Now everything is one hitting me with no chance of using flask and he swears this is the way the game needs to be played…I got trolled.
