What do I do?
My mom and I are homeless, living in a hotel. I doordash everyday to make money for the room the next night.
My mom was hospitalized for 18 months and I had to quit working to take care of her. (She was back and forth between snfs and hospital) We had to "live" in the hospital.
We even had to rehome our elderly pup, who we had his whole life, with my sister. He ended up passing before we could bring him home.
I recently got diagnosed with POTS, and I'm learning how to manage it. Not being able to drive as much has put a huge strain on earing enough for the hotel. I'm looking for stationary/sitting type employment, but all of my experience is retail/food. I've had no luck so far.
Now we need medications, vitamins, toiletries, oil change, car inspection, gas, what we get from the food bank isn't normally enough for 2 weeks.
Everything is so much to deal with.
My family is mad at us for "letting it happen". They'll occasionally help, but they'll yell and scream and ridicule us.
How the hell do I pull us out of this?
