Is the mail center driving anyone else crazy?💀

I’m so done with the mail center on campus.
It drives me crazy how my tracking number says my package was delivered, but then I have to wait for the mail center to send their own qtrack email just to go get it.

To make it worse, every package gets stuck in a void before the weekend. This past week, I was literally waiting on this package for days, only to get the processed email right after they closed on Friday. So now I have to wait 3 whole days for something that’s ALREADY sitting in their building.

Also, their hours make zero sense. If you work or have classes all day, good luck getting there before they close. Why are they also not open on Saturdays?

My friend got her paycheck from her job sent in the mail here, and after a week of it being delivered, she still didn't get a QTrack email. She continuously went into the mail center for about a month, and the staff couldn't find her paycheck. They just brushed her off until it was obvious they lost it. How do you lose someone’s paycheck like that?!?

If you can, just use Amazon Lockers because relying on the mail center is actually painful.
