What's one thing you wish you knew before selling your house?
I've been reading a lot of posts from people selling their homes, and one thing that surprised me is how different everyone's experience is.
Some people sell in a week. Others spend months dealing with repairs, low offers, or buyers backing out.
If you've sold a house before, what's one lesson you wish someone had told you beforehand?
Curious to hear the good, the bad, and the mistakes you'd avoid if you had to do it again.
