Any info on Mt. Tabor shooting last night?

I was at a party last night at Mt. Tabor. Around 2 AM two men got in a dispute around 15 feet in front of me, guy shot him multiple times point blank. Police arrived 3-4 minutes later with an ambulance. Any info on the condition of the victim and the status of the shooter whether he's in custody or not? Anyone else care to share if they witnessed this as well? There was a large crowd.
