Can anyone else who has a black Sadie confirm?

I just bought the black Sadie dress during their most recent anniversary sale, but it feels completely different than my white Sadie in the same size I bought in 2023. Almost like polyester? I have a handful of other Realisation dresses I bought, all direct, and they do not feel at all similar either (the most recent one I got last yr). It also fits a bit different to me. Not sure if it’s just because it’s been a few years, and they made changes to how the dress is constructed? Or bc the black is only lined at the bust, but white is fully lined?

In the first photo, you can see that the stitching at the bust just stops before it reaches the edge of the dress. The white Sadie doesn’t have this (2nd photo for comparison). Third photo shows different stitches being used for the same inside part of the dress. Black Sadie also comes with the hanger loop things, but my white dress didn’t. And I think the main black tag difference might just be different due to the time bc my other newer dresses have a smaller tag. Not sure if you can tell from fifth photo, but the white silk has a bit of a crinkle/texture to it, similar to some of my other dresses, whereas the black is completely smooth and doesn’t even feel like silk.

If this is real then it’s quite disappointing, as the dress also doesn’t hug as nicely as the white Sadie or any of my other Realisation pieces :(( it immediately felt off when I put it on. Either way I think I’m going to return this :(

Did Realisation send me a fake Sadie dress?
