How would you help someone fall in love with Chicago in just a few days?

Okay y'all, I'm bringing my girlfriend to Chicago for the first time next week. I grew up on the I-57 corridor, she in Jiangsu, China (near Shanghai). We met in Salt Lake City and both want to leave, and I have been wanting to move back to Chicago for a couple of years now, but the city proper this time. Any recommendations from anyone to get this Chinese city girl to fall for our beautiful city?

(Yes obviously Chinatown, but any specific fav spots within there would be very appreciated as my white ass didn't explore there enough when I was growing up)
