Would any experienced modders be willing to help me make a modlist from scratch? If not, where can I find help?

I would like to create a rather large modlist called "Skyborn" for Anniversary Edition. The only problem is that I am not skilled enough as a mod author to do it alone. I can barely make a small patch for two mods, much less install and maintain compatibility between thousands of them. Is there anyone out there who would be willing to help me tackle such a big project, or am I in over my head?
