Silica dust covering entire house

Hi all,

Our HVAC cut concrete in our basement to run ducts. I don't think they used water And the entire house is covered in silica dust. We were planning on getting general cleaners to wipe down all the surfaces but I have learned that might be dangerous. How serious of a problem is this?
