Confused by seller location vs shipping - seller message further confuses

I ordered a jersey on eBay. I shifted through a bunch of sellers making sure I ordered one. It was located in the US. The eBay seller shipping says they ship from Arizona. I purchased it and get a tracking number.

The tracking has 3 updates, all on the first day and all in Buford, GA - which oddly enough I live an hour from.

1. Picked up by shipping partner
2. Arrived shipping partner facility
3. says that USPS Is awaiting delivery from shipping partner

It’s been 10 days since I made the order and these tracking updates happened, I messaged the seller and asked them if they were a drop shipper as there had been no updates in a long time. They asked for the order ID I gave it to them and then the messaged me back saying the package was in customs so it could take 25 days.

Customs?! It says the sale shipped from Buford GA?

It’s very clearly a non-English speaking person answering/translating the questions.

I still have 5 days until my estimated delivery bj what the heck is going on?
