How to proceed from here?

I’m a 37 year old single Mom of 2, sole earner of all income.
I grew up with zero financial education from my debt-ridden parents, nor was my ex very helpful (sat in the bathroom or played video games all day and never had a steady job or plan) so I’m learning from my own tough experiences at this late age…

I’m finally at a safe, stable place in my life with a decent paying job that covers my budgeted monthly expenses to the exact penny, and I’m working on a side hustle which has the potential for an additional 2k-4k per month once it launches.

I have $2,000 in stocks (old investment) and $2,500 in a savings account.

I owe 15k to a friend from a failed business with zero pressure to repay it, but it’s gotta get done one day.
No retirement account.
My job doesn’t offer a 401k

I have so many financial dreams like buying a house, a nice vacation with my kids, of course paying the debt, etc etc

So I’m accepting all advice: Where do I go from here?
