[BO2] OG Stats reset and can't Lv up.

I have been playing these games since 2014 or so... same accounts, same DLCs everything, but I came on today to see everything deleted besides a few random Calling cards, i'm Lv 10 without prestige and have 1 hour of playtime? I know I have thousands of hours on BO2 alone so i'm confused what's happening since i've been on since I sold my 360 years ago. Someone cheating on my account or broken servers? Its only BO2 like this.
