Biggest upcoming change in LE?

What’s the biggest/most significant change you can envision happening sometime in the next decade which would affect the average LEO’s/department’s day to day operations?

Whether this be technology, procedure, equipment, tactics, etc.

I ask because with tech like drones, the looming presence of AI, drastically shifting tactics and policies, I feel like policing in 10-20 years could see significant game changing/game breaking type changes and I wanted insight from officers.
