strong diarrhea + white/yellowish discharge after taking plan b pills

hello, i am a female, 19 years old and i had a really bad first time experience with petting (rubbing my boyfriends dick against my vagina), because the condom ripped and he came all over my stomach. we are not sure when exactly the condom ripped, we only noticed when he finished.

although we're not sure if it was in/on the vagina and that area, i still took the plan b pills (they're called "postinor" in my country, it contains levonorgestrel, a synthetic progestin hormone).

there are two pills you need to take, when you take the first one, in 12 hours you need to take the second one.

i took them on 24 july at 2am and the second one at 2pm. it's been over 24 hours since the second pill, and i noticed a lot of side effects.

+ when i took the pills in my period tracking app it said it was my ovulation week, and i know it's never 100% true (in the app), i still think i should let you guys know.

before taking them, i obviously read about what side effects i can have, and so far i've only been bloated and had a bit of a diarrhea for the past two days, but right now the diarrhea is very strong, and i really want to take a pill that prevents it, but i'm not sure if i should and if it's allowed? because of the pills.

just in case, the pills i wanna take are called "imodium", its main active ingredient is loperamide hydrochloride.

another thing i noticed, i started getting a lot of white/yellowish slimy discharge, but it doesn't have a smell, doesn't burn nor itch. it's just... there... i thought maybe it's std, but it honestly looks like discharge i get during my ovulation week, but now i just get it much more than before. could it be a side effect as well?
