[31F] confused about a guy [36M] I was talking to

I [31F] had been talking to this guy [36M] on and off for about 6 years, we’d hung a few times too over the years. I was always kind of hesitant to tell him how I feel, mostly due to little experience.

We had made plans to hang out the other day, and was finally going to tell him how I really feel, but he messaged me at 3am saying “I really dont think we should, idk how to really say it but i think the time has kinda passed, its kinda felt like that since spring and im scared if we do im gonna have to go through all of the confusion again, so yeah, i really dont think its a good idea im sorry, i do like you which is why ive been trying so hard but i kinda have to go with my gut instinct, i think the longer we drag it out like this the harder its going to be”.

He’s now blocked my number and not responding to messages on instagram. I now however have doubts that he might have actually had an actual gf for a while; as I found his facebook and saw a girl had commented “😍😍” on his last profile picture and realised he was in her profile pic with his arms around her and looks like it was taken on the cruise he went on that I thought he was on with his sister (I know she’s not his sister), I then found her instagram and she had “30.10.2024 💕” in her bio and have found Facebook comments that lead me to believe they are living together.
Do I message her and tell her what‘s been going or leave it? I don’t want to be seen as some homewrecker.

This isn’t even the first time where a guy I’ve been talking to turns out to actually have a girlfriend, it like I’m good enough for them to message for pics but never really date.
