Can I give my realm to someone else?

I started a realm a couple of months ago with 9 of my friends, we had our fun with it and moved on except for one of us who is more attached to it and likes to play it when he gets home from work etc, I don’t really want to keep paying for a realm that I don’t use so we agreed that if I could I would transfer the realm to his console, is this possible? We are on PS5s if that helps, thank you! <3
