Recommendations for travel agencies to help plan a ski trip to Japan for two first timers

Hi,
My buddy and I (both 68) are planning a trip to ski the legendary Japan powder.
We are hoping to find a good travel agency that can help us decide where to go and plan the logistics for us (airport transfers, hotels, etc).
Our budget is moderate and our abilities are blue.
