TV Shows and Movies show up just fine server-side, but not client-side - what've I done wrong?

If I run a Jellyfin client on the same computer as the server, I can see everything in all my libraries.

However, on another Windows computer, an Android device, and an iPhone, only Music, Audiobooks, and Collections show up. "Collections" shows some cover pictures for movies that are inside of the "Movies" collection, but "Collections" is otherwise empty client-side on these devices.

I can play Music and Audiobooks just fine using both the default Jellyfin client and Finamp on my Android phone. Just movies and TV shows won't show up on the other devices I'm streaming to.
