Are the Hallowfall sets still earnable?

Returning player here, I played through the Midnight campaign and am having trouble accessing TWW campaign. I’ve seen that you have to complete TWW campaign to earn these sets, so am I just locked out of it now or is there an alternate way to earn them? Thanks!
