Does it ever get better

I feel very hopeless right now. I had pots and MCAS for a while but got things somewhat under control for a year. 4th of July came around and the firework smoke sent me into a full blown flare ever since then I can barely eat I only have a few safe foods. My doctors aren’t helpful and I feel stuck. Loratadine lowered my bp to much and made me feel weak and tired. I just want it to get better.
