Skipping periods forever!!

Hi! I'm not trying to get actual medical advice, but I'd really like to hear if this journey can get better lol

I've tried Qlaira, Sibilla, Evra and now Seasonique. But I ended up spotting about every 40 days nonstop unless I took the placebos. So far with seasonique I can get about 70 days without spotting, but it's not the 80 days it was intended and I must take the placebo anyways.

My usual cycle is 30 days, so 40 was disappointing and 70 is just decent. What are my options? Do I ask to get tested in anything? Anyone who had it difficult at first could ever find a good method to skip all periods?

So far these are the combinations I've had if it says anything?

- Ethinyl estradiol, Levonorgestrel

- Estradiol valerate, Dienogest

- Ethinyl estradiol, Norelgestromin

- Ethinyl estradiol, Dienogest
