150 XL

My doctor prescribed me bupropion 150 xl to assist with additional weight loss and help with minor anxiety. I have never taken any medication of the sort and i am terrified after reading horror stories. I do not have depression and afraid based on stories I’ve read that this could happen while taking it. Any advice would be helpful
