Crowd surfing is selfish.

Maybe I’m biased because I’m 6’5 and stand in pits for punk rock/screamo/hardcore concerts, but I feel as though people who crowd surf are selfish and slightly tarnish the concert experience for the people around them.

From asking someone to pick you up to crowd surf in the first place to relying on people to stop watching the show they paid to watch to keep you up and then finally for the security guards to block the view of the people who don’t need to help you.

There’s not one step through the whole process in the ordeal that isn’t selfish.

And before everyone comes after me for being a fun policeman I’m all for moshing and being yourself at concerts, but crowd surfing is the most annoying thing to deal with and concerts.
