anyone have any ideas for replacements of a comfort item of mine

i often wear inflatable swimming armbands but each time a pair breaks it makes me feel really bad, they seem to last a while but theyre wuite fragile still

i really like padded and very heavy pressure around my upper arms thats why i use them but is there any non inflatable suggestions people have?

i tried using compression sleeves before but theyre just not tight enough for me i want a much heavier squeeze
