He did not laugh

First three times of us calling eachother after meeting online and he did not laugh on anything. Does he not like me? I tried laughing on certain things like his accent while talking cuz i find it endearing but he didn’t actually do that for me like he was asking questions and engaging in convo overall but didn’t giggle. Is he not that into me.
