Form 1 wait times

In late june I did a form 1 on my 1st Gen kriss vector and got the approval back in on july 6th about 5 business days. So i decided to do another one on my stribog. The form 1 was submitted on July 9th It's been over 2 weeks after I submitted the form 1 and I still haven't gotten my approval.

Was getting the approval back for the kriss vector that fast a fluke? Or is someone sleeping on my form 1 for the stribog at the ATF.
