Regarding DMC Ludhiana

So I have heard that DMC is fighting a court case to convert semi seats into management seats. They also get us to sign an affidavit that makes us liable for any fees they might charge incase they win. Im getting enough to get a semi seat into dmc. Also have a good chance at gmc Amritsar and cmc ludhiana. What are the chances of DMC winning given Adesh recently won the case. Is it worth the gamble?
