Sierra's Obsession/ED effects on her children

I'm so worried for her kids. They are at such tender ages and Sierra is positively OBSESSED and including them in her obsession. It's SO in their faces. This is random but I recently started rewatching a bunch of the early seasons of Intervention when they covered a lot of eating disorders (as opposed to the later seasons that were all fent*nyl) and guess what every eating disorder episode had in common? A mom who was controlling of diets/exercise when they were young or of her own diet/exercise in front of them (of course also some had other traumas as well). Ugh. She has GOT to get this under control.

Of course this leads the question of what Sierra's childhood was like to lead to her eating disorder.
