is this acceptable

My manager from icqa told me “I have two options, to either quit or get good quality” I asked how many errors I had that week and he said 0. He still proceeded to repeat the ultimatum “you have two options either quit or get quality” is this okay ? I went on a leave because I was upset told hr they will have a word with him that’s it.
